This is the latest addition to our menu, and one we are very proud to offer. We import line caught Atlantic frozen lobster tails from Maine in the US. The cook in boiling water in 3 minutes, and the whole tail is deshelled and served in a toasted brioche roll with herbed butter and leaves.
We have spent the last year developing our burgers until we got it right! We use prime cuts of British wagyu beef and fry in our pizza ovens in a cast iron skillet to create the perfect crust to seal in the flavour. We serve two 3oz smashed burgers with cheese, pickles, onions and a range of sauces from Sauce Shop.
